Dry Day: Uttarakhand: liquor shop will be closed on 22 January 2024
Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Assam, Chhattisgarh, Haryana and Uttarakhand have declared January 22 as a dry day in anticipation of the grand Ram Temple ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony. Liquor shops will remain closed on that day in these states.
22 जनवरी को अयोध्या में भव्य राम मंदिर ‘प्राण प्रतिष्ठा’ समारोह के मद्देनजर, कुछ राज्यों ने शुष्क दिवस की घोषणा की है, जबकि अन्य राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों (यूटी) में भाजपा उस दिन शराब की बिक्री पर प्रतिबंध लगाने की मांग कर रही है।
